Transylvania consulting has been working since April with a British web agency, BLACKPEN. We provide maintenance and evolution services for e-commerce websites developed with new PrestaShop 1.7 version.
Client requests are sent via its ticketing system, Trello board, and are addressed by most qualified person for each of them. (web designer, front office developer, PHP programmer, project manager, sys-ex…). Any work time is precisely noted on our project management system, it will then be extracted and will be the base for our periodic billing scheme.
Until now collaboration has been fluid and promising.
Moreover, we also recently began to collaborate with another Web Agency in London. We first created designs and newsletter, and now build for this agency high quality, customized, fully responsive design websites.
