- Internal training for human resources development, especially for the web integrators, graphic designers and SEO operators... a part of them will eventually become project managers.
- Precision in planification and resources allocation (managed by an internally customized project management tool) ; dedicated client interface to follow each project ( by project ; interlocutors, deadlines, percentage of work already completed...)
- Flexibility in organization and resource allocation given my the medium size of the company (approx. 35 people) and the different possibilities of resource allocation ( allocation of people, of a global working capacity, etc...).
