December 2011 : Rapid expansion of our content creation activity ; creation and management of thematic blogs in English and French

November 2011 : For a publishing company, creation of an online platform aimed at promoting and selling e-books from original authors. SEO-SEM in French speaking countries.

September 2011 : Dramatic increase of our SEO-SEM activity (visibility) on English speaking web. New SEO-SEM activities in Portuguese language, and Italian language will follow soon.

July 2011 : Delivery of a multifunctional web site created for a prestigious formula 3 racing team. This web site creation was subcontracted.

June 2011 : Finalization of a corporate website for German market. We created two versions, a standard version with Joomla, and one for mobiles with Mobile Joomla !

Mai 2011 : New web project - Creation of a private, high quality international recommendation website. (about hotels, restaurants,...)

April 2011 : Finalization of varied websites developed with CMS or e-commerce Opensource solutions : Drupal, WordPress, CMS Made Simple, OpenCart... A growing part of our activity is related to web sites creations with standard CMS solutions.

March 2011 : Finalization of a juridical portal developed with PHP5.

February 2011 : Online shop delivery implemented with OpenCart, e-commerce open source solution based on PHP language.

January 2011 : New collaboration with a Web Agency from Belgium.

December 2010 : Creation with Joomla, for a German Web Agency, o a new, large portal presenting services of a TV Company all over the world ; vast descriptions, career module, press, etc

November 2010 : Finalization of complex e-commerce website developed with Magento eCommerce for a new client in the USA.

October 2010 : Launch of several new adwords sponsored links campaigns, as a complement for our usual SEO-SEM services : Transycons managed an extensive implementation and management of campaigns directly on clients adwords accounts ; keywords selection, geographic area targeting, ads creation, target networks selection, exclusion of keywords obviously out of scope, then according to first results budget adjustments for expressions or campaigns, exclusion of non performing networks, etc...

September 2010 : Delivery for a new customer, a web agency from Bourgogne area, of a brand new web site realized with "CMS Made Simple". As this first test proved successful, we are already integrating several other websites with CMS Made Simple.

August 2010 : Creation of a Rugby game animation (penalty shooting) with Flash technology, including the possibility for players to insert their score on the wall of their facebook account.

July 2010 : Completion of a customized "chat" communication system based on an open source program which was adapted according to client needs. This "chat" was delivered with its specific tutorial.

June 2010 : Finalization of wannajet.com website, an ambitious project aiming at offering online private jet bookings at mere business class fares.

May 2010 : New collaboration based on frequent request by notrefamille.com website. We will be subcontractor for newsletters creation and web design.

April 2010 : Redaction of detailed specifications for a website willing to sell online custom made metal gates and fences.

March 2010 : Completion of website metallerie-fer-forge.com integrally developed by Transycons.

We usually work at distance, but this time we were involved from the very beginning, ie the technical specifications document redaction ( architecture) and content definition ( text, titles). A few weeks after its delivery, this site is already very visible for the most relevant terms combinations ( Roumanie, Europe de l'Est, ferronnerie, fer forgé, low cost...)

February 2010 : In complement of our previously started SEO-SEM services, we took over the existing  google ad words account for one of our direct key account client. We optimized the existing campaigns, and with generated savings we could fund new campaigns we launched. Average cost per click was divided by 3 without traffic loss by a much preciser focus on client specific know how, allowing a much better conversion of visits into sales.

December 2009 : New activity for a French key account company specialized in events organization. We finished its corporate site interrupted by another subcontracting company, launched the development of another (animated but without Flash technology - all jquery) site . We also began a comprehensive work to optimize sites (SEO) and to promote it to relevant web directories. (SEM)

November 2009 : Several close deliveries of multi languages sites developed for varied customers on Joomla platform. This emphasizes our growing commitment to CMS based sites development

October 2009 : New SEO-SEM activity (web sites optimization and promotion) for a client for which we have been creating web sites since 2005. From now on we will also optimize an average of 10 web sites per week, then promoting them in general, sectoral and geographic relevant directories.

July 2009 : We simplify our structures : from now on the brand Transycons will be linked to a single company, Transylvania Consulting SRL. This will help to lower our fix costs, and will make the administrative part simpler for our clients.

Orders will be executed by three separate business units ; software programming, web sites creation and other web services.

July 2009 : To adapt to summer time activity fluctuations, we signed our first agreement to send temporarily (July-August) 2 PHP programmers to a partner programming company office, as a reinforcement on projects already launched. First results are clearly promising, as they showed quick adaptation capacities and excellent productivity.

May 2009 : Transycons publicizes a brand new online portfolio with several of its web site creation references. This gives a good sample of possibilities as far as sites and graphical diversity are concerned. A few administration interfaces can also be accessed.

This new references pages also indicates a billing time for each site to give a very quick idea of costs, and because this page is fully anonymous, it can be very easily used by our clients, web and communication agencies, to advertise this offer.

March 2009 : New collaboration with a Parisian web agency specialized in web sites made with Flash technology. We will produce for them on a regular basis customized online shops developed with php programming language.

September 2008 : For a Blog Engine, graphic design and integration on client's tool of brand new thematic "blog skins".

July 2008 : Assistance for specifications redaction, then development of a specific financial application for a major life insurance company.

March 2008 : Transycons staff reaches 35 people, thanks to a dynamic program which combines recruitment and intern training. We will develop further, as a result of a growing demand, in special for internet sites creation and connected applications.

December 2007 : New collaboration with Aevum Web Agency, which will subcontract us on a long term basis web sites integration and development.

October 2007 : Delivery of Transylvanie Creations SARL's site (evolution 2.) Ie a brand new version, made on Joomla, to supply client with maximal flexibility to make modifications by himself. New online catalog, and long term Transycons SEO subscription

Remark : Our "offshore services" division will also reply to information request e mails coming to this site, but also send electronic documentation, make online reporting, and publish promotional adds on specialized sites

May 2007 : Transycons group settles to a much larger headquarter, in a brand new quarter of Cluj Napoca. A vast house, of above 200 m² will allow us to go on with the quick average growth rate of the last years ( Staff increased by 50 % per year since year 2003)

November 2005 : Delivery of a client / server application (Java-RMI + XML + MySQL) for the insurance broker European Broker Group (EBG). This application is based on multilevel marketing principles (MLM)

• Every collaborator, contract type and insurance partner enlisted
• Huge volume of data flow.
• Monitoring of brokers whole monthly production (they enter sold contracts);
• Income and points calculation for sellers ( base of progression on the pyramid) and also the percentages each person will get from its "affiliates" down the pyramid;
• Complex reports for synthesis;
• Program available on different client work points, and in a longer term direct on the world wide web.

November 2003 : delivery of a tailor made BPM (Business Process Management) - for a car service (repair) company.

September 2003 : ERP parametrize and installation at Perpetuum SA company of an ERP. Moreover, this company contracted us the management of its own IT network, for maintainance, update and contacts with internet provider.

NB : We usually create applications and internet sites for specialized companies abroad, on their own brand, which explains that we can only communicate on a very small part of our real activity, mostly when we work direct with the final client, which we tend to avoid at most, because of the distance.
