Why are the payment deadline you accept rather short ? |

For several reasons :
As a service company, our main cost is staff cost (wages, etc), we have to pay people on time, which means twice per month...
Services bills are not accepted by banks, especially when client is abroad. And any cash request to Romanian banks, be it subsidiary from a foreign one, will cost much more that at foreign counterparts, interest rates being much higher in Romania, alike side banking costs...
You shall also consider that from the moment your send to your bank an order for international wire transfer, a few more days will be necessary until we eventually become the money on our account.
To conclude, our "old" clients quickly understood that with our Romanian pricing goes reasonable payment deadlines, meaning short. As any cost has to be addressed, any calculation clearly shows that longer payment deadlines would imply clearly higher prices, which is not good at all for our customers...
